TRACC is an Integrative Improvement System (iiS) that creates competitive advantage across your end-to-end value chain.
Integrative Improvement (ii) is the new approach to sustainable improvement. Without an ii approach, continuous improvement methodologies are not sustainable. Integrative, in the sense of continuous improvement, pertains to each and every part of your organisation, including its people, processes, projects and systems.
