What is TRACC

We believe that an organisation itself is the ultimate source of sustainable competitive advantage. TRACC was created to unlock your organisation’s potential by:

  • integrating functional and process-based best practices
  • developing skills and talents through engagement, training and collaboration
  • transforming your culture to deliver sustainable competitive advantage
TRACC is an Integrative Improvement System (iiS) that creates competitive advantage across your end-to-end value chain.

Integrative Improvement (ii) is the new approach to sustainable improvement. Without an ii approach, continuous improvement methodologies are not sustainable. Integrative, in the sense of continuous improvement, pertains to each and every part of your organisation, including its people, processes, projects and systems.

Simply put, to improve everything, everything must improve. . .

Successful Lean, Six Sigma, World Class Operations (WCO) and Supply Chain Optimisation (SCO) projects require a robust management system that will integrate best practice across global operations, as well as embed improvement competency into the fibre of your organisation.

It should do this by:
> assessing your best practice status against world class standards
> mapping your step-by-step, integrative improvement plan
> implementing your plan against a proven integrated methodology
> measuring your progress and benchmarking your operations
> building internal capability to ensure that ii is not an intervention, but a way of life

TRACC integrates all your improvement processes and systems (WCM, TQM, TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, SCO) into one cohesive system, rather than treating them as separate ‘swim lanes’, and aligns practices to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring sustainable results on your world class journey.

 your world class journey

The holy grail of world class can only be attained and sustained when performance and practices are aligned and integrated so that when practices, systems and the competency of your people who drive these ('x' axis) improve, performance ('y' axis) also improves.

TRACC best practices have been divided into five stages of maturity, broadly following the structure below. This advancement through five states enables an organisation to pursue the road to excellence in manageable stages, rather than being overwhelmed by the enormity of the task.

The TRACC iiS contains two completely integrated suites:
1. Operations TRACC Suite
2. Supply Chain TRACC Suite
