Competitive Capabilities International (Pty) Ltd, registration number 64/3315/07 (CCI) considers the privacy of its clients to be of utmost importance and works to protect it. The steps that CCI takes to respect client privacy while collecting data from the use of our Web site are listed below:
  1. CCI does not make any client data available to third parties. We do not sell lists, accept advertising, or generate any third-party revenue from the data that is generated from this site. We do not share data from any client with other clients. 
  2. When you post a response to content on the Site (“Comment”) or submit a photograph via the What Does Good Look Like? (WGLL) Submissions page we will ask you for personally identifiable information. This is information about you that when on its own, or in combination with other identifiers (“Personal Information”), can be used to contact or identify you. Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name and email address. We use your Personal Information in accordance with these terms of use in order to facilitate the provision of value added services and administer your inquiries. Your Comments are visible to all viewers of our Site.
  3. We also collect other non-identifying information through your use of the WGLL site (e.g. user activity, the pages of the site that you visit, time spent on these pages and other statistics) (“Non-Identifying Information”).
  4. We regularly analyse data pertaining to visitor trends, WGLL submissions and consumption in order to improve services, plan site enhancements, and measure overall site effectiveness. We consider this data to be confidential information as defined by CCI's Employee Confidentiality Agreement. 
  5. CCI Marketing and Account managers and site administration can provide NEW WGLL Submission alerts, newsletters, white papers and product/event updates based only on a client's opt-in request for services. To prevent duplicate provision of services and to ensure accurate WGLL content, management and administrative employees can review the contents in WGLL submission data and client registration data. Internal employee education around our Privacy Policy stresses the confidentiality of clients' data. 
  6. To encourage managers to respond to client feedback, names and email addresses of clients that use the "We Call You” feature are forwarded to the manger of each region and to CCI management. 
  7. All CCI employees receive copies of this Privacy Policy as part of employee training. CCI management considers violation of client confidentiality to be a serious infringement of CCI policies. 
  8. You may receive periodic promotional emails and special offers from CCI. You may unsubscribe to these emails at any time.
