An organisation's supply chain represents an untapped opportunity to realise an increase in short-term and long-term profit and cost savings. Organisations that implement efficient supply chain processes and enable best practice improvement with the use of an Integrative Improvement System (iiS) stand to free up both working capital and cash, and prosper as the business cycle turns toward growth.
A global TRACC Product Development team, in collaboration with supply chain experts and clients around the world, have embarked on developing the Supply Chain TRACCs. To support end-to-end supply chain transformation, the Supply Chain TRACC Suite offers a set of eleven TRACCs that are based on high-level SCOR processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales and Operations Planning. Each of these TRACCs contain a standard set of themes that deliver structured, codified work content across the five stages of performance improvement maturity.
The Supply Chain TRACC Suite consists of three foundation TRACCs and eight pillar TRACCs:
Foundation TRACCs
- Leading and Managing Change
- Human Capital
- Supply Chain Alignment
Pillar TRACCs
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Sales and Operations Planning
- Integrated Business Planning
- Procurement
- Warehouse Management
- Transportation Management
- Transactional Excellence

All Supply Chain TRACCs are available in BETA.
Enabling TRACCs Support both TRACC Suites
Specific enabling practices to support the TRACC implementation are:
Human Capital: This practice ensures effective management and development of human resources. For the various stages of development, it addresses the activities and services which an HR department needs to provide to its internal customers as well as the roles and responsibilities of line managers in relation to people development.
Leading and Managing Change: This is the practice through which senior management guide, implement and control the TRACC integrative improvement effort. It ensures that change is effectively implemented and managed.
